Mary Murtagh

Mary Murtagh works for the Citizens’ Information Bureau. Citizens Information Service provides a free, impartial and confidential information, advice and advocacy service to the people in the Dublin 2,4 and 6 Postal Districts from a number of locations, on their social and civil rights and entitlements, which is intended to inform educate and empower all individuals in the area. Staff and volunteers work under the guidance and direction of the Board of Management to deliver quality information, advice and advocacy services to the public. The work of the service is informed by strict policies and procedures and is provided by trained Information Providers who have completed accredited training which ensure that a quality service is offered to the public in keeping with the commitments set out in the Customer Charter.
