Application deadline: 3 December
This is a free not-for-profit community event that begins and ends in 2018, a blue moon year. 20:00-22:00 on full moon nights.
Full Moon Club are looking for amateur and professional artists, charmers, janes-of-all-trades, singers, craftswomen, writers, activists, lecturers, gamers, actors, gardeners, star-gazers, and chancers. Any topic, any media. You can present a dance piece, tell us a story, screen a short film, explain how to build a boat, sing a song, read a poem, talk about your favourite artist, share a recipe…. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as it’s interesting and original. Participants have up to 10 mins.
Note that The Full Moon Club is a queer club, organised by and for queer women.
There is no application fee for participants, no payment to participants or organisers, and no entrance fee for people attending. This is a zero-budget event on a small scale, for local participants with an interest in, or a commitment to, art/crafts/performance/storytelling/history/etc, who may wish to test work-in-progress or share existing work.
Please contact the Full Moon Club for more info, to join the event-reminder mailing list, or to request a Participant Application Form.
