Join or Renew Membership of Visual Artists Ireland

To become a member or to renew your membership of Visual Artists Ireland choose one of the following 4 options. (If you are renewing membership and your details have not changed just enter your name and telephone number on the form). Before filling out the form please read our pages on the categories of membership, membership entitlements and criteria here.

  • Download and print out this form, fill it in by hand and then post it into us with your payment. Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Laser, cheque, postal order or cash, although we do not recommend sending cash through the post.
  • Direct Debit / Standing Oder / Annual Subscription: We encourage you to take advantage of payment by Direct Debit, Standing Order or Annual Subscription via PayPal. In this way you can guarantee that your membership will not lapse. In addition, we offer discounted rates for users of these facilities. More info and payment facility here.
  • Or you can fill in the below form online and submit it to us electronically. Then proceed to the secure online payment section. Online payments are handled by PayPal who can facilitate Master Card, Visa or American Express payments.
  • Or if you would prefer not to use the online payment facility you can still submit the below form electronically and then either send in your payment by post or phone us with your credit or laser card details.

Visual artists working in Ireland or Irish artists working abroad are also welcome to join the Irish Visual Artists Rights Organisation (IVARO).  IVARO is a rights management organisation which represents artists in relation to their copyright.  IVARO offers licensing services and collects the Artists Resale Right on behalf of its members.   12. If applying for Professional Membership, please tick which of the following apply. To qualify as a Professional Member you must meet a minimum of three of the below criteria. You do NOT need to fullfil these criteria if you are applying for Associate Membership

  16. Payments are accepted by direct debit, standing order, paypal, creditcard, laser, cheque cash or postal order. Cheques should be made payable to Visual Artists Ireland. Cheques can be accepted in Euro or Sterling.
