26 to 30 May
Exhibition opening on Friday 26 May from 6:30pm, with Cllr. Terry Shannon and music by the St. John’s Gospel choir.
St. John’s Central College extends an open invitation for all to visit the college on Sawmill street Cork to see it’s 2017 graduate exhibition. For over a quarter of a century thousands of students have been taking the further education route in St. John’s College and have used the opportunity to prepare themselves for employment or further studies.
This year’s exhibition features creativity from twenty courses with displays of student work in Art, Design, Computer, Media, Engineering and hand-craft areas. There will be displays on all four floors of the college’s main building with hundreds of pieces of work presented in a very professional manner. Visitors to the exhibition will see student creativity expressed in a range of areas from fashion design to painting, musical instrument making to photography, film screenings to computer games demonstrations.
