Under the Same Stars is Blawnin Clancy’s response to time spent on Artist Residencies at Convento Sao Francisco de Mértola, Portugal and in Cill Rialaig in Co Kerry.

These locations both hold a resonance of those who lived, worked and worshiped there. She based her work on the coming of the evening time; the cooling of the air, the sounds of the night, the smell of the herbal plants, the dry earth radiating out the heat of the day into the atmosphere and the familiar appearance of the stars in the sky. The exhibition comprises of 25 small scale works in oils, watercolours and photography. The exhibition is free and all are welcome. Show runs until 25 July 2017
