Through Infrastructure, Fingal County Council will actively bring contemporary art directly into everyday life, and into the urban, coastal and rural communities in Fingal.
This mini seminar aims to highlight different approaches to public art commissioning with reflections from commissioners and artists working in visual and other artforms.
Speakers include: Caroline Cowley, Public Arts Officer, Fingal County Council; artist Garrett Phelan and others to be confirmed.
