I have been firmly established as a talented local artist, with particular flair for still-life and landscape painting. However, my work spans a range of subjects and media from ink drawing to figurative painting, mixed media and pastels.
I paint with acrylics in the manner of the French Impressionist, I also add a little of my own style, and character to a painting. I use small dabs of colour which means I can build the painting layer upon layer without the colours mixing or becoming muddied.

James P Kinsella is a practicing artist living in Vienna, Austria. He received his M.A. in Visual Arts Practices in 2009 and a first-class honours BA in Visual Arts Practice 2004-08 from IADT Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. Audience participation, creating discursive and other spaces, experimentation and an intention to change things, are the essence of my practice. I investigate anthropological and social issues including sustainability in the urban/city context and post colonial perceptions through a socially engaged practice. I construct alternative spaces that are discursive, atmospheric and inclusive, inviting the audience to the creative act, through discussion, participation and dialogue.

She is a multidiscipline visual artist who work in watercolour, oils and acrylic as well as textile and combined materials, such as her fibre, wax and plaster sculptures. Fibre, such as felted cloth has strong associations with her identity and she is interested in bringing this and other old traditional craft techniques into an artistic and sculptural context.
By using strong colours she tries to convey meaning by association; colour taking on the function of metaphor, underlying the mood of a memory, or representing a cultural symbol.

I am an artist and art-based researcher. I run since 2007 together with Dan Shipsides the MA Art in Public at the University of Ulster in Belfast. I work predominantly in public and on long-term questions, which tackle creative arguments around the ideas of democracy. Works include among other things issues around money, migration, survival, work, societal visions and participation models. I formally use site- and situation-specific interventions, installations, video, drawing, audio, dialogical work, in addition formats such as writing, speaking, listening, workshops, seminars and Open Space conferences. I am a trained Open Space facilitator (2008) and conflict consultant (2004).
