126 Gallery hosting event to celebrate the life of Stephan Roche

126 Artist-Run Gallery (Galway) invite you to join them for a celebration of the life and legacy of Stephan Roche, 6-7 pm on Friday October 6th.

Stephan Roche, from Clarina in County Limerick, passed away on Saturday 15 September in Galway, where he had been living.

As chairperson of 126 Stephan made a huge contribution to the artist led organisation in his time there. The gallery would like to mark this with a get together and celebration with his friends and colleagues. Stephan left 126 in one of its strongest positions ever and made a significant impact to all those he met. Stephen was an artist and curator, who previously worked at the Hunt Museum and Galway Arts Centre.
