Introducing Iara – your digital advice assistant.
Iara has been trained on the same guidance our advisers use and is here to offer basic support when our team isn’t available. She’s not a replacement for our helpdesk — far from it. Speaking to a real person will always be the first option. Iara simply offers an extra layer of help during evenings, weekends, or busy moments, when waiting isn’t ideal. We understand that some people feel uneasy about AI — so we’ve designed Iara to be transparent, limited in scope, and always secondary to human contact.
