Speaking about her appointment Aideen Quirke said:
“I am thrilled to join the talented team at Cork Printmakers. Cork Printmakers has continuously provided a professional workspace for artists working in the medium of print for over almost 30 years. I am pleased to follow on from the great work of Director Miguel Amado in collaborating with communities and raising the international profile of the organisation. The members of Cork Printmakers produce artwork of extremely high calibre, and I look forward to promoting their practice through exhibitions and commissioning opportunities.”
