Art Junction Residency Udaipur India is a rural artist retreat nestled at the foothills of the Aravalli Mountains near Udaipur, Rajasthan. Surrounded by farmland, wildlife, and seasonal streams, it provides a peaceful space for creative exploration and reflection. Artists are encouraged to engage with the local tribal community and a nearby village school, creating work inspired by the rhythms of land, people, and nature. The residency offers simple accommodation, shared studio spaces, and an immersive environment that nurtures both artistic practice and cultural exchange.
Art Junction Residency is a self-funded program and does not currently provide artist fees or stipends. We operate on a **contribution-based model**, covering accommodation, meals, studio space, and local community engagement. Future plans include seeking funding to support direct artist payments.
