Description

Creative Spark is delighted to invite applications for its 2026 Artist-in-Residence Programme, offering artists the space, resources, and support to develop their practice in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. Generously funded by the Arts Council of Ireland and The Arts Service of Louth County Council, this programme is open to both emerging and established artists working in any medium.

We are especially encouraging applications from artists interested in working in one of the following areas: the Darkroom, FabLab, Fine Art Print Studio, or Textile Lab.

Up to 8 residencies will be awarded for 2026, each lasting 2–3 months and including:

· A shared studio space with water supply

· Access to our Fine Art Print Studio, Darkroom, FabLab, Textile Lab, and Kiln Room

· Basic technical support throughout the residency

· The opportunity to exhibit locally and engage with the community through talks, demonstrations, and public participation

Residencies are open to Irish and international artists. Artists from or currently living in County Louth are strongly encouraged to apply.
