Description

University of Atypical for Arts and Disability is inviting artists working in any medium or genre who are eligible to apply to submit applications for an exciting Open Call Opportunity with the theme of Digital Technology, for an exhibition in the Atypical Gallery.

This opportunity is open to artists who self-identify as d/Deaf, disabled or neurodivergent.
The artist who is selected will

● receive a £900.00 fee
● present a body of work for an exhibition in the Atypical Gallery from 5 March – 28 April 2026
● present a gallery talk about their work

We are looking for a proposal for work connected with digital technology and we are open to different approaches to this theme.

Open call application deadline: Tuesday 7 October 2025 at 4:00 pm
Open call decision date: 30 October 2025
Exhibition dates: 5 March – 28 April 2026
