Description

Safe to Create are delighted to have launched our Autumn / Winter 2025 Training Programme.

This season’s workshops will continue to focus on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), Safe Practice, Workplace Skills, and Governance & Leadership.

We’re delivering 15 in-person workshops in 8 locations nationwide, as well as 6 online sessions, over the coming months. Each is tailored for the arts and creative sectors, helping to transform workplace culture and create safer, more respectful environments for everyone.

Our flagship Active Bystander Training — running since early 2023 — has already reached652 people nationwide. We’re continuing to offer it free to anyone working in Ireland’s arts and creative sectors. It’s a fantastic introduction to our training suite for employees, freelancers and collaborators.

All workshops are subsidised and either free or available at a nominal fee. We also provide:

  • Travel/accommodation bursaries (for Ireland-based participants outside the host city)
  • Access cost support to help ensure everyone can fully take part
