Description

Patrick Street Studios was set up in response to a clear need: affordable, dedicated workspaces for professional visual artists in Dun Laoghaire. By transforming a local building into studios, the aim is to provide not just space but a supportive environment where artists can develop their practice, connect and contribute to the wider cultural life of the area.

-Studios are available from March 2026
-There are 9 studios in total.
-Rent is from €250 – €400 per month.
-The deadline for applications is 12 pm, Wednesday 28th January 2026
-Only shortlisted artists will be invited to visit the studios.
