In this 3-day workshop you will sculpt a life-size clay portrait from a live model. Guided by renowned sculptor Alan Clarke, you’ll learn core techniques including head and neck anatomy, measuring, design, materials, and surface finishing. Open to all levels, this inspiring workshop takes place at beautiful Russborough House. You’ll leave with a finished wet-clay sculpture, with firing and preservation techniques explained.
