Description

Discover the art of glass bead making in this two-day introductory course, creating beautiful beads suitable for your own custom jewellery. Learn essential safety and torch-handling skills before melting colourful glass rods and shaping them on a mandrel. Make round beads and explore barrel, bicone and disc forms, along with decorative dot techniques using pulled stringers. On day two, clean and finish annealed beads and continue refining skills at the torch. The fee includes all materials and lunch on both days.
