Workshop | Sculpting the Figure with Alan Clarke at the Schoolhouse for Art

This workshop offers the opportunity to sculpt a human figure from life in clay. Participants will learn key processes including pose selection, armature building, basic anatomy, measuring, materials handling, surface finishing, and drapery. You’ll complete a two-fifths life-size clay figure to photograph or take home. All levels welcome, though some observational experience will be beneficial.
