Description

When prana flows freely, we feel energised and connected, and creativity can move through us with ease.

We will begin the day with a grounding yoga practice that blends fluid, instinctive movement with dynamic breathwork to clear stagnant winter energy. Gentle tapping techniques help stimulate circulation and enliven the nervous system, while intentional mudras invite focus, balance, and emotional clarity to prepare to channel a creative energy.

With your body awakened and your senses open, you will transition from mat to canvas. Working on a large sheet of canvas, you will use your hands, feet, and full bodies to make marks in paint.
