Workshop | Watercolour Collage with Eimear Nic Roibeaird at The Crescent

Led by artist Eimear Nic Roibeaird at the Crescent Arts Centre, Belfast, this two-day workshop introduces watercolour as a flexible and forgiving medium. Participants will learn to embrace mistakes as part of the creative process, transforming unfinished or “failed” paintings through collage by cutting, layering, and rebuilding them with additional watercolour paper and painted elements. The workshop encourages experimentation, adaptability, and reuse, resulting in dynamic new compositions and a more confident approach to painting.
