Our Impact Measurement Results

Impact measurement allows us to critically reflect on our work and the “success” of our services. We find this to be a rewarding and empowering experience for all of us, and significantly improves our understanding of our work and our ability to make positive strategic decisions. If we know what works and how, then we can choose to do more of it.

As part of our 360° design, delivery and review cycle, our impact measurement results inform us if and how change is working and if it is of significant benefit, how we can improve service provision, and enhance the experience of our stakeholders.

The measurement project started, in this format, during the COVID pandemic. The figures provided for those dates are for online/remote delivery.

Impact Measurement - Overall Performance Rating

  • These figures were obtained from voluntary evaluation forms issued after each event.
  • Participants were asked to indicate how useful they found the event against each impact measurement.
  • These tables indicate the percentage of people that found events ‘useful’ or ‘very useful’.
  • Our performance rating is the average expressed as a score out of 5.
  • Statistical details on the reach of our work are available in our published financial statements in the Governance section.
