Description

The ArtLinks partners in Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford local authorities are pleased to announce that the Professional and Emerging ArtLinks Bursary Awards 2026 are now open for submissions.

Specific Criteria

These Awards are designed to support artists living in the partnership area to develop their practice by providing artists with the time and resources to think, research, reflect and critically engage with their art.

Applicants must be currently living in the Local Authority administrative areas of Carlow, Kilkenny,
Waterford, or Wexford for a minimum period of 2 years consecutively and be a registered member of
ArtLinks.

Artists must be a current member of ArtLinks to avail of these supports and new artists must be registered on or before 12/01/2026 to be eligible to apply for these bursaries. Email artlinks.ie@gmail.com  to request a membership application form if you are a new applicant.
