Project Space 1 is perfect for many types of classes, workshops, working groups and team meetings, available to hire by the day or half day.
Located in Dublin 8, the space is large (10m x 7m), bright and colourful with a flexible, open plan orientation with seating for 16 – 20 people (more tables and chairs can be added). There is also a separate office area to the rear (3m x 4m) available for breakout sessions.

There is a kitchen adjacent and accessible ground floor bathroom facilities. There is a sink, art materials such as easels and drawing boards, storage, as well as a smart TV & Macbook for presentations. Support staff are on hand during working hours, and available on arrangement for other times.

We offer special discounted rates for not-for-profits and community groups – inquire for more info! Prices quoted are a guideline price.
