Call for Participants: Connected Horizons Programme

Are you an artist based in Armagh, Cavan, Donegal, Tipperary or Waterford? Join VAI’s Connected Horizons Programme to connect with fellow artists, receive constructive feedback, and engage with leading arts organisations.

Programme Overview

  • Session 1:Organisations | Show & Tell (Monday 8th June, Online)
    Meet key arts organisations across Armagh, Cavan, Donegal, Tipperary and Waterford and present your work in a rapid but supportive format.
  • Session 2: Online Peer Critique (Tuesday 16th June, Online)
    A structured, moderated critique session for in-depth feedback.
  • Session 3: In-Person Clinics & Networking (Tuesday 30th June, VAI Dublin)
    Meet peers and facilitators for networking and one-on-one clinics. Limited places – first come, first served.

Event 2: Online Peer Critique (Tuesday 16th June, Online)

This is the second event in this round of the Connected Horizons Programme, building on insights from the first Show & Tell session. In this structured online critique, artists will receive peer-to-peer feedback on topics like work-in-progress, professional boundaries and practical issues in a moderated, supportive setting. This session provides an opportunity for deeper discussion, reflection, and the development of ideas with fellow participants.

Who Can Join?

Artists in any discipline based in the five listed counties.

How to Register

Sign up via the VAI website. To present as part of the Critique Session – indicate your interest in registration form.

NOTE: Artists that are selected to present in the critique session will be notified no later than Friday 29th May.
