Crawford Art Gallery are seeking a Part-Time Accounts Assistant on a Fixed Term Contract of Employment basis to join the Finance Team.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
This is a part-time role providing administrative and bookkeeping support in the finance office on a part-time basis either working mornings or other suitable work patterns during the week.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with the Finance Manager & Accounts Executive in the following areas:
- Tracking and processing of purchase orders
- Processing of invoices into the financial system
- Preparation of the weekly payment run and uploading to the bank
- Payment of PSWT deductions to the Revenue Commissioners
- Processing of expenses claims to the finance system
- Processing of fortnightly payroll and report
- Assisting with annual and internal audits as required
- Preparation of weekly lodgement and lodging same in the bank
- General accounts administration and ad hoc as needed
