Support the Executive Director in approaching and developing relationships with prospective clients and sponsors.
Create compelling decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to various audiences (e.g., corporate clients, public sector partners, sponsors).
Work with the team to build and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities.
Assist in refining our partnership offer and sponsorship packages, drawing on existing work and identifying new opportunities.
Collaborate with our marketing team (internal and / or external) to align partnership development with ongoing campaigns.
Build and maintain CRM / client tracking and relationship management systems.
Contribute to content creation as needed, particularly when related to showcasing partnership outcomes.
Monitor, evaluate and report progress against targets.

Person Specification:

A relevant qualification and/or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related role (e.g. fundraising, business development, partnership marketing, or communications).
Proven experience building relationships with clients, sponsors, funders.
Strong written and visual communication skills (e.g., proposal writing, pitch decks, presentations).
A flair for storytelling and translating creative work into language and formats that appeal to partners and sponsors.
