The Science Museum is focussed on developing new, interactive, exhibitions that share authentic stories, ignite curiosity and inspire futures. As a Video and Digital Media Producer, you will play a key part in this by developing, producing, editing and delivering high quality, powerful and engaging films to support gallery interpretation. You’ll be involved in editing archive and existing footage, managing the external delivery of films, and will also act as a production manager – keeping everything on track. You’ll also be involved in the delivery of a new major exhibition on science fiction.
Joining the Science Museum, you’ll have experience of making high quality, powerful engaging video material from initial concept, developing a brief, shooting the film and completing all post-production. You’ll be a creative thinker and will have an interest in working in Museums and with collections. You’ll also be a relationship-builder and team player, comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, supporting and influencing the creative process.
