TULCA announces the Open Call for the 2026 festival, curated by Sinéad Keogh.

The 24th edition, Veruca Salt, reflects on 50 years of Punk, its DIY ethos, resistance, and impact on culture and society. TULCA invites proposals in any medium, including new or existing work, with a particular focus this year on artists based in the West of Ireland.

Artist Payment Policy
TULCA Festival of Visual Arts adheres to the Arts Council of Ireland policy on paying artists. All participating artists are paid an artist fee.
