Cultural Horizons strengthens the cultural sector in Ukraine by promoting joint EU-Ukrainian cultural initiatives and expanding access for Ukrainians affected by the war to cultural and artistic networks in Europe. Operating from 2026 -2027, the program provides subgrants for cultural and artistic projects developed through EU-Ukrainian partnerships and builds a Europe-wide network of cultural expert mentors.

Artist Payment Policy
Cultural Horizons provides subgrants for Ukrainian and European artist and cultural workers, eligible individuals can apply for funding. Cultural Vistas does not directly provide payments to the artists; however, costs can be included in the production budget.
