Wexford County Council, in association with Creative Ireland, wishes to create a programme of events to celebrate Cruinniú na nÓg on Saturday June 13th, 2020. Cruinniú na nÓg is a national day of creativity for children and young people which celebrates and encourages participation in culture and creativity through performance, workshops, readings, screenings and special events. Events are free, local and activity-based. It’s a day for ‘doing’, ‘making’ and ‘creating’!
Wexford County Council is pleased to announce an open call for creative practitioners to submit proposals to be part of Cruinniú na nÓg 2020. Through the open call application below, we are looking for artists, dancers, storytellers, musicians and all manner of experienced creative professionals, in any medium or art form with experience of working with children/young people, to work with us on this year’s Cruinniú na nÓg.
Artists & Creative practitioners who can facilitate workshops and events in a location agreed with Wexford County Council on June 13th. Applicants should outline their proposed fee per (1 to 2 hour) event to include all preparation, materials, travel and expenses associated with the event.
