DCU Students’ Union seeks to commission a mural to pay homage to student frontline workers. We want the artwork to reflect the age profile and dynamic of a student population and to acknowledge the brave and selfless contribution student frontline workers made in the fight against Covid. We want this work to be uplifting, to show solidarity and to offer our heartfelt gratitude.
Artists are invited to submit a one-page proposal outlining their concepts for the brief (max. 500 max words) and a breakdown of their fee. The proposal should outline how the artists’ approach would capture the essence of the brief, and consider the diverse nature of the student population at DCU.
