The European Festivals Fund for Emerging Artists – EFFEA, an initiative of the European Festivals Association, is a fund that supports collaborations between festivals from different countries. Together, these festivals provide emerging artists with a platform to develop their work and gain visibility on the international stage. EFFEA extends an open invitation for festivals to collaborate across borders and establish a network of colleagues centred around the concept of a residency.
