ABOUT THE CLASS  

Steve will show students his approach to acrylic painting and teach how to handle the unique characteristics of acrylics. During the course students will learn about perspective, colour mixing and other techniques that will help students gain confidence and develop their own style of painting.

Steve will take students through a variety of demonstrations with step-by-step instructions as well as encouraging and guiding students to work in their own style and pace.

Suitable for artists of all levels.

What Will I Learn On This Course

  • Learn Steve’s personal approach to acrylic painting, with a focus on both technique and creativity.
  • Understand how to work confidently with acrylics, mastering their unique properties and drying times.
  • Explore essential painting skills, including:
    • Perspective
    • Colour mixing
    • Brush handling and layering techniques
  • Build confidence and develop your own painting style with expert support.
  • Follow step-by-step demonstrations from Steve to learn practical methods you can apply to your own work.
  • Work at your own pace, with guidance tailored to your level and style.
  • Receive individual encouragement and feedback throughout the course.
  • Suitable for artists of all levels, from beginners to more experienced painters.
