Description

Fáilte Ireland is pleased to invite applications for the temporary use of selected Tourist Information Office premises as creative workspace, exhibition space and visitor engagement venues under our new ‘Artists in Tourist Offices Programme’.

This initiative aims to support local artists and craft practitioners while enhancing the cultural experience available to visitors and encouraging community engagement with the arts.

The following location is available for application:

Clifden Tourist Information Office

Occupancy is offered on a rent-free basis, with electricity and water included (subject to fair usage), for the period end of October 2026 to mid May 2027.

We are seeking expressions of interest from:

Individual artists
Craft practitioners
Artist collectives
Community arts groups
Joint applications

Please note that the programme is intended for visual arts and craft-based activities. The available premises are not suitable for performing arts, dance, music or similar activities.
