This clinic with Catherine Hemelryk follows her webinar from last month looking at the Landscape of Opportunities for visual artists.
There are open calls for commissions, exhibitions, residencies and funding. There are also submissions you have to pay for, others that require a detailed application. Most require at least some of your resources and some are considerable undertakings.
There are also opportunities for self-initiated projects around every corner that are waiting for you to make happen, either on your own or with others.
It can be a daunting landscape to navigate and having a plan will help you meet deadlines, submit better proposals and make better decisions.
This 20 minute one-to-one clinic gives you practical advice on assessing how different opportunities might be right for you.
Clinic tickets are €15 for VAI members and €30 for non members. VAI annual membership starts at €25, so if you were thinking of booking a Clinic or other events it might be worth looking into membership, more about membership here.
