Wanted | Room for Ukrainian Artist Refugee

Hi, my name is Yana Koretska, I am professional artist from Ukraine. Due to the sad events of the war that are happening in my country these days, I was forced to go abroad. I arrived in Ireland few days ago, and am grateful to your country for its support and solidarity. I being temporarily sheltered by acquaintances in Portlaoise.

I’m in search a room for one person (for me) in Dublin. I have no special requirements for comfort. The most modest housing will suit. The only mandatory criterion is the absence of mould, as I am allergic to it.

I work with different materials such as watercolour, gouache, tempera, oil paintings, marker and liner graphics and graphite pencil and charcoal drawings.

I can do interior and facade paintings, icons, copies of world painting masterpieces, can do body art and dress painting etc.

At the moment I live in a house of a very good friend of my mom, which is okay for me, but I know that I am taking one of the kids’ room.

I am really very thankful for this opportunity and support. But I’m also searching for a job and some other variants of accommodation. I can work as an artist painter and as a painting teacher. In Ukraine my official work was as the head of a circle of fine arts in an out-of-school educational institution. I also had experience of working in China as English teacher in kindergarten for 6 months. So I love art and I love to do art with children. Maybe you know some employer, who is interested in these kind of qualities as well?
