Description

A Yin and Vision Boarding to help you visualise the year ahead.

The turning of the year is a powerful collective moment, a natural pause where many of us reflect on what has been, and imagine what could be next. This workshop is designed to meet you in that energy, offering a space to visualise, to set intentions, and feel inspired to move towards your artistic ambitions in 2026.

Beginning with Yin Yoga to help you to slow down, connect inward, and open space in both body and mind, you’ll then move into Vision Boarding, visualising your goals and identifying the steps to achieve them.
