Workshop | Foundations of Watercolour with Neil Sholdice at the Schoolhouse for Art

Discouraged by watercolour’s challenges—garish colours, runs, blooms, or paper that won’t cooperate? This course starts with the basics: choosing and securing paper, mixing paints, and applying wet-on-dry and wet-in-wet techniques with the right brush. You’ll also cover flat washes, glazing, and tonal studies, with demonstrations and discussion every session. The core aim: break down mountains of non-belief and build ramparts of self-belief.
