Workshop | Tutored Life Drawing with Nicholas Robinson at the Schoolhouse for Art

This course offers a focused, fundamentals-based approach to figure drawing from a live model. Each week features a single sustained pose to build core skills: seeing the figure as a whole, understanding key anatomical forms, capturing gesture, weight, and balance, and using light and shadow to create three-dimensional form. You’ll strengthen proportion, observation, and material handling. Taught by Nicholas, whose award-winning training is rooted in mastering the basics.
