An Act of Hospitality Can Only Be Poetic | Artist Talk at Highlanes Gallery, Drogheda

A tremendous line-up of artists are confirmed to participate in the opening informal gallery talk next Wednesday 2 May, beginning just after 7.30pm, for An Act of Hospitality Can Only Be Poetic.

Join Highlanes Gallery as they welcome, meet and listen to Samuel Laurence Cunnane, Stephanie Deady, Willie Doherty, Vanessa Donoso, Anthony Haughey, Dragana Jurisic, Ronan McCrea, Mairead O’hEocha, and Tamsin Snow and Sarah Tynan discuss their exhibited work within the exhibition and the broader context of their practice, with curators Linda Shevlin and Aoife Ruane, and Karen Smyth, CEO of Age and Opportunity.

An Act of Hospitality Can Only Be Poetic is organised in association with Age and Opportunity as part of the nationwide Bealtaine Festival – celebrating the arts and creativity as we age, and presented for the annual Drogheda Arts Festival.
