Colour Intaglio Workshop with Debora Ando at the National Print Museum

For both beginners and experienced participants, this workshop focuses on the traditional technique of drypoint on Perspex plates. This intaglio method includes a number of rich and varied ways of creating prints that lend itself to all types of imagery, including landscape and portraiture. Printing techniques are fully demonstrated, and cover colour printing, working with surface tone, chine collé and a variety of inking combinations on a single plate.
