Deadline for applications: 5 July.
The two gardens are part of the St. Agnes’ Community Centre for Music and the Arts. It is a non-profit charity that provides the community to participate in the arts and therefore enriching their lives. One garden is called Peace Garden and the other is for the Memory Garden. They have received a small council grant and would like to commission two water features/sculptures/objects.
St. Agnes’ Community Centre for Music and the Arts would like a creative water feature solution to complement their two gardens and enhance people’s experience of the garden. They encourage people to sit in the gardens and get away for the hustle and bustle of daily life.
There is a budget of €3,197 (DCC grant) for the two water features. This budget must cover all costs including artist’s fee, material and construction and VAT.
