Engage with craft of Etching at Engage Art Studios. Learn the craft of etching with Vicky Smith at Engage Art Studios. The day starts with an introduction to materials, tools, and equipment followed by a discussion of Chargrin, exhibition of new work by Blaise Drummond which will open on the 6th of July, 2019 at 6pm, as well as the work made during the workshop and professional printmakers.

You will learn how to create a fine art print using texture, line, drawing, and composition through the techniques of soft and hard ground etching and colour printmaking – and you will produce your own original print. It suits anyone who would like to experiment with the medium as well as those who would like to refresh their skills.
