Drypoint Techniques Workshop at Belfast Print Workshop

Drypoint engraving is an intaglio technique which can be combined with many other ways of printmaking. Any mark drawn with your tool which holds the ink on your plate will transfer its mark to the paper. Monoprints are made by applying ink to an even surface which will transfer its mark to paper.

On this one day course led by Coby Moore you will experiment with both drypoint and monoprint to add painterly marks with ink to make your unique edition of prints to take home. This course is suitable for beginners and those with some experience.
