Exhibition opening- meet the artist Thursday 7th October. 4-8pm. Exhibition Friday 8th – Wednesday 13th October. 1-5.30pm. Closed Sunday/Monday. James Joyce had a very strong self-image and this was reflected in the photographs he carefully posed for throughout his career. In this exhibition, Pat Courtney explores and plays on some of these moments of self portraiture which punctuate personal and professional episodes in his life. Pat taught English and History at second level for many years. He has painted portraits privately for many years, working on commissions. Curated by Tony Strickland
