Artist Julie Spollen, through her arts practice, designed & managed an exploration of inclusion, social health & placemaking for arts & cultural advocacy with a collective of professionals: Dr. Owen Douglas, Urban & Rural Designer, School of Architecture UCD, Catherine Donnelly, Dance Artist, Laura Angell, Visual Artist.
Separately, this artist in the community researched with Visual Artist, Rowena Keaveny, a Creative Charter by older people for older people; Spaces – Identity, Participation, Equality 1st Draft – funded by The Community Foundation for Ireland (The CFI), Advocacy for Older Peoples Fund.
Many thanks to the participants, artists & stakeholders for their support – Anam Beo, Arts, Health & Wellbeing Organisation, Offaly Public Participation Network, Bealtaine participants, The CFI, The Irish Wheelchair Association, B.L.C.
