DESCRIPTION:Throughout August\, Ards Arts Centre will play host to the prin
 ciple Creative Peninsula exhibition\, featuring exclusive works by the fin
 est Artists and Makers from the Ards and North Down Borough\n\nThis exhibi
 tion will feature unique pieces of art and craftwork in a variety of mediu
 ms\, specially selected for display in Ards Arts Centre and created in our
  Borough. This exhibition is a celebration of the exclusivity and quality 
 of the artwork produced by local artists and makers and a fantastic opport
 unity to purchase a beautiful piece of art.\n\nThe theme of this year's ex
 hibition is 'Reflection' with each work taking inspiration from this conce
 pt.\n\nArtworks are for sale\, and many artists accept commission work too
 .\n\nBe sure to pick up a Creative Peninsula programme for more informatio
 n on other events and activities taking place during the festival.\n\nExhi
 bition Preview: Thurs 31 July\, 7 - 9pm\n\nJoin us for this open reception
  and enjoy a glass of wine or soft drink as you view the artworks on displ
