DESCRIPTION:VISUAL is pleased to present Dreamtime Ireland\, an exhibition 
 and research project by artist Sean Lynch at VISUAL and Carlow County Muse
 um\, and Artworks 2025\, in conjunction with Carlow Arts Festival.\nDrawn 
 from historical and contemporary artworks and artefacts\, over thirty pres
 entations are spread throughout Carlow’s gallery and museum spaces\, eac
 h exploring art’s potential to provoke\, investigate and critique the sh
 ape and purpose of Irish culture.\nWith an emphasis on public art\, social
  and conceptual practice\, Dreamtime Ireland reveals an undercurrent of ex
 change and interaction between art and society\, proposing artmaking as a 
 way to live\, make and share the complex world and environments we encount
