Everyday Drawing for Mindfulness with Void Gallery

Stephaine Gaumond returns with her second online drawing session. This time, she will focus on everyday objects for inspiration, using doodling as a mindfulness tool. There has been extensive research into how drawing can support health and wellbeing and in recent years we have seen an increase in people engaging in the activity, from adult colouring books to mindful drawing classes.
