SUMMARY:F r e e d o m | Group Performance at Trinity College Dublin
DESCRIPTION:F r e e d o m is an artistic act of solidarity with those the K
 ings don’t care about.\nInspired by Antigone\, this one-off experimental
performance intervention explores what an act of defiance against the Kin
gs looks like today.\nThree international artists\, Iman Aoun (Palestine)\
, Haider Al Timimi (Belgium)\, and Maud Hendricks (Ireland)\, each working
at a different proximity to Gaza\, ask how does an artist’s contextual
distance shape their work in relation to Gaza\, freedom\, and truth-speaki
ng?\nAn original chorus of nine Ireland-based performers will be joined b
y new chorus members who meet and perform in a single afternoon.\n\n\n\n
